ComEd’s Residential Special Hardship Fund provides a one-time variable grant of up to $1,000 to residential customers.
This fund applies to residential customers with household incomes up to 400% of the poverty level ($82,600 for a family of four) who identify a hardship issue—including documented medical, military, senior, or disability hardships among others.
