The Winter Assistance Program provides a bill credit of $30 in Winter months for all-electric LIHEAP-qualifying customers. The program runs December 1, 2008 to February 28, 2009.
ComEd will automatically apply this credit to assistance recipients. All other qualifying customers should apply at their local Low Income Home Energy Assistance Program (LIHEAP) administering agency.
