Our New Construction initiative provides assistance and financial incentives to building designers, architects, and building owners for surpassing standard new construction building practices.
Our "Two-Track" approach allows customers in various stages of design to participate in the program. Buildings in early design can take advantage of whole building modeling and incentives. Buildings that have completed their design can qualify for incentives by specifying more energy efficient technologies such as lighting and HVAC equipment.
